Custom Meal Plans
$206.39
Bare Nutrition offers customized meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists to our patients. These plans are not covered by insurance, but Bare believes in accessible, sustainable, and affordable healthcare. Three months of access starts at $190 + tax.
*Patients purchasing a meal plan/nutrition program will need an initial visit to establish care.
